Truth Design Build is looking to hire an experienced and meticulous Lead Architect. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems
  • Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents
  • Plan and program layout of project(s); coordinate and integrate engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
  • Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans
  • Produce construction documents in Sketchup and/or Revit
  • Prepare drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project
  • Interfaces with project managers, project engineers, and clients
  • Work in tandem with highly collaborative multidisciplinary design team
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
  • Assist in Interior Design of kitchens, bathrooms and other projects as needed

  • Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of architectural experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
  • LEED AP is preferred

 

WHAT WE BRING

  • This is a W-2 salaried position, pay range is $80k-100k per year depending on experience
  • Ability to work from home (though candidate MUST be local to the Denver Metro area and able to visit sites as needed
  • Health insurance (Kaiser) after 30 days
  • Paid holidays (including Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving, and all of Christmas week)
  • 3 weeks paid vacation per year (increasing to 4 weeks after 2 years).
  • Annual profit sharing as well as specific job bonuses
  • Electric work vehicle after 1 year (we are building an electric fleet)
  • Future possibility of an ownership stake
