This turn of the century historical country club home was a full gut (and a rescue job!). We reframed the entire home, and worked with the client, a designer in her own right, to bring her vision to life. While some new windows were included, as a Landmark Preservation home, we were able to save and rehab many of the original windows. We added a 10′ double slider with a walk out deck, installed herringbone floors, and did a 2 tone kitchen to bring in the beiges and grays from the rest of the pallet.
