Truth Design Build created this sleek, purpose-built 320-square-foot ADU as a fully finished backyard gym in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. Designed for functionality and a modern exterior aesthetic, the structure features clean lines, durable siding, and a striking mix of industrial metal and natural wood accents, including a custom awning that adds both form and function above the expansive glass doors.
The ADU interior was tailored to meet the client’s CrossFit training needs, with ample space for strength and cardio equipment, resilient gym flooring, and abundant natural light pouring in through clerestory windows. A full glass wall opens directly onto a private outdoor patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor training environments and creating a space that feels far larger than its footprint.
