With this stunning whole house remodel in Golden, Truth Design Build’s goal was to transform the space by blending elements of traditional Southwestern architecture with more modern, transitional elements. We created a stylish but comfortable living space that mixes in Southwestern elements like natural materials and warm, earthy colors with an open floor plan and high-end contemporary fixtures and finishes.
The kitchen was the centerpiece of this remodel, featuring two large functional islands that provide ample space for cooking and entertaining. One of the beautiful design touches comes in the stunning herringbone tile backsplash that creates a strong contrast against the sleek, bright cabinetry and complements the dark granite countertops.
The living area underwent a remarkable transformation with the addition of a grand stone fireplace. Serving as a focal point of the open floor concept, the fireplace creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere while adding a modern touch.
To enhance the functionality and style of the kitchen, Truth Design Build crafted a custom bench for a picnic-style kitchen table. The Southwest-themed seating upholstery brings some extra personality and a casual living feel to the kitchen.
To create the desired ambiance of the home, Truth Design Build incorporated unique lighting design touches throughout the house, carefully selecting fixtures that match the modern and luxurious aesthetic.
On this whole house home remodel project, we took advantage of the opportunity to showcase our expertise in creating functional and visually stunning living spaces.
