Modern Farmhouse Total Overhaul

Country Club Whole House Remodel

This turn of the century historical country club home was a full gut (and a rescue job!). We reframed the entire home, and worked with the client, a designer in her own right, to bring her vision to life. While some new windows were included, as a Landmark Preservation home, we were able to save and rehab many of the original windows. We added a 10' double slider with a walk out deck, installed herringbone floors, and did a 2 tone kitchen to bring in the beiges and grays from the rest of the pallet. 

Evergreen Classic Kitchen and Bathroom Reno

A beautiful, classic kitchen and bathroom renovation in gorgeous Evergreen. This space was transformed from a closed off, dark, black and red dated kitchen to a gorgeous, light, bright, timeless kitchen that will last this family a lifetime. This client is a repeat client and loved their first Truth bathroom renovation so much, they wanted their new to be bathroom similar to the first renovation. The beauty is in the details!

Cherry Hills Kitchen Remodel

This East Cherry Hills Village remodel takes a more textural approach, combing modern elements like clean lines, and accents them with metal (as backsplash and corrugated accent metal in the entry, in addition to the stainless counter on the peninsula) and wood, wrapping the peninsula, the wainscot, and the barn door in barn wood. A walnut corner unit, and ornate lighting round out the design, creating a design that is relevant, inviting, elegant, and unique.

Cherry Creek Modern Whole House Remodel

This modern whole house remodel takes a classic design, with its black, gray, and white palette, with warmth brought in through the rich dark tones of the floors and cabinets.

The staircase is the home's focal point, with its floating treads, which are channeled to receive LED lights.

There are various built-in cabinets throughout the home, from the immaculate kitchen with its oversized island to the office, bathrooms, laundry room, and master closet. Consistency is the key in this project, which shows through in all of the details here.

5 Points Classic Kitchen

This 5-points kitchen was redone with a nod toward the classic, but bringing in a more contemporary look, as well as a splash of color and some funky and functional aspects. The floor is a cork penny tile, which adds a bit of warmth and uniqueness, and the island is on casters, making it quite practical, especially for entertaining. The decorative tin ceiling nods to the classic, and adds a bit of flair as well, while creating a cohesive space overall.
